Getting Started

Enrollment & eligibility.

Do I need experience to take Day One?
No. Day One has no prerequisite. It's built for stylists new to K-tips as well as experienced stylists who want the invisible method and the exclusive hair access.
Do I need to be a licensed stylist to enroll?
Yes. This training is designed for licensed cosmetologists. If you're unsure whether you qualify, message us before booking.
Can I start with Day Two?
Only if you already have K-tip experience — you should already know how to part, section, and roll a correct bond. Day Two is not a foundational class and does not cover the basics of installing K-tips. If you're new, book Day One first.
Do I have to take both days?
No. Each day can be booked on its own. Day One is the foundation; Day Two builds on it. Both Days adds VIP hair access and starter-kit priority.
Can I add Day Two after I book Day One?
Yes — you can upgrade up until 7 days before class, subject to availability. Prices honor founding cohort rates when upgraded within the same cohort.
Pricing & Payments

Founding cohort rates.

What does tuition cost?
Founding pricing (this cohort only):
Day One $1,950 (standard $2,500) · Day Two $2,500 (standard $2,950) · Both Days $4,450 (standard $5,000). Each day includes 90-day access to the paired online course, certification, and hands-on instruction.
Will the price go up?
Yes. Founding pricing applies to this cohort only — because it's the first run of this format and it's being recorded. Every class after August is at the standard rate.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes — every class can be paid in installments at checkout using one of four options: Pay in 4 (interest-free split into 4 payments), Klarna (flexible installments over 4, 6, or 12 months), Afterpay (4 interest-free payments), or Affirm (longer terms available for larger purchases). All major cards accepted for pay-in-full as well.
Can I reserve my seat with a deposit?
Yes — every class offers a deposit option at checkout. Day One and Day Two have their own deposit amounts, and Both Days is $2,200 deposit with the balance due before class day. Deposits are non-refundable once online-class access is granted.
What's the refund policy?
Once you receive access to the paired online class, all purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
Class Format

How the class runs.

Do I bring my own model?
No. For the group class you do not bring an individual model. You'll practice on a mannequin using the three-way learning format (live at the front + video at your row + hands-on correction), then take part in a supervised group rotation on a live model.
What hair do I get?
Day One opens exclusive access to purchase discounted pre-tipped raw-hair bundles at multiple price points and curl patterns — the same quality raw hair Chanel starts her own clients on. You may also purchase a hand-curated starter kit ($1,500–$3,500, released a week before class). Both-days buyers get VIP early access on both.
Is the class recorded?
Yes — this founding cohort is recorded, which is why it's offered at founding pricing. By enrolling you consent to being recorded during class.
When do I get access to the online training?
Immediately after checkout. You have 90 days of online access to the paired course — start before class, review after.
Do I need to bring my own kit?
No — supplies for the class are provided. Optionally, you can purchase a hand-curated starter kit from Chanel to leave with your own hair inventory ready to install on clients.
